2. Services Provided
TubePromotion provides YouTube promotion including views, subscriber growth, and monetization packages via legitimate Google Video Ad campaigns. We do not use bots or fake accounts.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices may change without prior notice.
4. Delivery & Timelines
Timelines are estimates and may vary. Delays up to 48 hours beyond stated periods are possible. We communicate delays via WhatsApp or email.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are offered if we cannot deliver the promised service. Partial refunds may apply for partial delivery. Completed campaigns are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, ensure your content complies with YouTube Community Guidelines, and not misuse our services. We may refuse service at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content — text, graphics, logos — belongs to TubePromotion and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
TubePromotion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
9. Privacy
Use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection as described therein.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
