By using tubepromotion.com or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before placing an order — they exist to keep expectations clear on both sides.
01Our Services
TubePromotion provides managed promotion services — including YouTube video promotion through Google Ads, subscriber and watch-time campaigns, social media management, and web design & development.
All promotion is delivered through legitimate advertising platforms. We do not use bots, click farms, or any form of fake engagement.
02Your Responsibilities
You must own the rights to (or have permission for) any video, channel, profile or website you ask us to promote or build.
Content must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service, Google Ads policies, and applicable law. We may refuse or stop campaigns for content that violates platform policies — including hateful, adult, misleading or illegal content.
You are responsible for providing correct links and campaign details at checkout. Campaigns started on a wrong link supplied by you cannot be re-run for free.
03Campaign Delivery
Campaigns typically go live within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines shown on packages are estimates — actual pacing depends on the ad platform, targeting and content.
View, subscriber and watch-time figures shown on packages are targets based on typical campaign performance, not contractual guarantees. Real advertising reach varies with audience, niche and content quality.
We cannot guarantee monetization approval, subscriber counts, or any specific business outcome — no honest advertising service can.
04Payments
All prices are listed in INR and processed securely via Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
An order is confirmed only after the payment gateway reports it as successful. For failed or pending payments where money was deducted, the amount is automatically reversed by your bank/gateway, usually within 5–7 working days.
05Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your content. For web development projects, full ownership of the delivered website transfers to you upon final payment.
The TubePromotion name, logo and website content are our property and may not be copied without permission.
06Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, lost subscribers or platform actions taken against your channel for reasons unrelated to our campaigns.
07Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
