We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run your campaigns and improve the site. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
01What We Collect
Order details: your name, email, phone number, and the YouTube/website link you want promoted — collected at checkout or through our forms.
Payment status: our payment partner (Cashfree) tells us whether a payment succeeded. We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
Usage data: anonymous page-view counts and, if enabled, standard Google Analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location). We do not sell this data.
02How We Use It
To set up and run the campaign or service you purchased, and to contact you about it on email or WhatsApp.
To respond to enquiries you send through our forms.
To understand site traffic and improve our pages.
03What We Never Do
We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We never store card, UPI or banking credentials — payments are handled end-to-end by Cashfree, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
We never spam. You'll only hear from us about your orders and enquiries.
04Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: one to remember your cookie choice, one anonymous identifier for visit counting, and (if you accept) Google Analytics cookies. You can decline non-essential cookies from the banner and clear cookies anytime in your browser.
05Data Retention & Your Rights
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and support. You can ask us to view, correct or delete your personal data at any time — email info@tubepromotion.com or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll act within 7 working days.
06Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted processors to run the service: Cashfree (payments), MongoDB Atlas (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting) and Google Analytics (traffic stats, if enabled). Each processes data only to provide their service.
