Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
At TubePromotion (est. 2018), we are committed to delivering what we promise. This policy outlines when and how refunds are granted for our YouTube promotion services.
Eligible for Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund if: (a) We are completely unable to start your campaign within 5 business days of payment; (b) We fail to deliver any of the promised metrics within double the stated delivery window; (c) You cancel within 2 hours of placing the order before the campaign has been initiated.
Eligible for Partial Refund
A partial refund proportional to undelivered metrics may be issued if: (a) We deliver only part of the promised views, subscribers, or watch hours; (b) The campaign stops midway due to circumstances within our control.
Not Eligible for Refund
No refund will be issued if: (a) The campaign has been fully delivered as per the order; (b) Your YouTube channel or video is removed, made private, or violates YouTube's policies during or after the campaign; (c) You provided incorrect YouTube channel or video URL; (d) The order was placed more than 7 days ago and the campaign was completed.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 97127 52718) or email (info@tubepromotion.com) with your Order ID and reason for refund. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) within 5-10 business days via Razorpay. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation
Once a campaign is initiated, cancellations are not accepted. If you wish to cancel before initiation, contact us immediately after placing the order. Cancellations are subject to a processing fee of ₹50 or 5% of the order value, whichever is higher.
